How to delete your data from Contesaur

Contesaur stores, for each social account you connect: the account/page identifier and name, an encrypted access token, and performance metrics of posts published through Contesaur.

Delete it yourself

1. In Contesaur open Company → Integrations.
2. Click Disconnect next to the account: its access tokens are deleted immediately and Contesaur stops publishing to and reading from it.
3. Then click Delete: the connected account and all post metrics collected through it are deleted as well.

Or remove the app on the platform

Removing the Contesaur app in your Facebook/Instagram or Threads settings revokes our access immediately: the access tokens are deleted and the connected accounts stop publishing. Post metrics already collected stay with the company until the company deletes them or a data deletion request is made, because the Page can be re-authorized by any of its admins at any time.

Request deletion of all data

Use Delete data for the Contesaur app in your Facebook settings. We then delete the tokens, the connected accounts and all post metrics collected under your authorization, and you receive a confirmation code with a status page.
